2002
Foundation
Cascade Head Music was founded by Eleanor and Robert Carlson with a vision to create a community music school focused on excellence.
"We believed every student deserved access to world-class music education, regardless of their background or aspirations."
Our first location on Macbeath Avenue quickly became a hub for musical learning in the community.
2005
First Expansion
We expanded our facilities to accommodate growing student demand, adding three new teaching studios and a small performance space.
2010
Royal Conservatory Partnership
Became an official examination center for The Royal Conservatory of Music, bringing internationally recognized certifications to our students.
This partnership allowed us to offer structured curriculum and recognized achievement milestones.
Our digital platform launched, allowing us to reach students beyond our local community.
2018
Digital Learning Initiative
Launched our comprehensive online learning platform, making quality music education accessible to students worldwide.
2025
Present Day
Now serving over 1,200 students annually with a faculty of 28 professional musicians and educators.
Our state-of-the-art facility includes 15 teaching studios, a recital hall, and technology-enhanced learning spaces.
